Let Us Help

WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a wide range of health insurance plans, including many employer provided plans, state insurance, and 3rd party coverage. Our goal is to make care as accessible as possible for our patients. Some of the insurance plans we commonly work with include Premera, Aetna, Community Health Plan of Washington, and Coordinated Care. We also see patients covered through Tri-West for VA authorized care. In addition we treat patients for Elle and I work related injuries, auto accident claims, and 3rd party billing cases. Because insurance coverage can vary, we always recommend contacting our office to confirm a specific plan. Our team is happy to verify benefits and help answer any questions before your visit.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

We love welcoming new patients to our office. When you arrive, we'll take a few minutes to show you around so you can feel comfortable and get to know our space and team. Next, one of our friendly chiropractic assistants will guide you through an exam and help gather information about your health and concerns. After that, the chiropractor will meet with you, review your needs, and provide care tailored specifically to you. This may include an adjustment and other treatments based on what your body needs that day. Our goal is for every new patient to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their treatment from the very first visit.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No a doctor's referral is not required for most patients to be seen in our office. You can schedule an appointment directly with us. The only exception is for L&I (work related injury) patients. For these cases, we ask that your L&I claim is already open and that you have a claim number. In many situations, a referral is sent over for L&I cases. As long as your claim is active, we are happy to see you. If you're unsure where the referral is needed our team is always happy to help answer questions and guide you through the process.
